Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Online orders ship within 3 - 5 business days. 

Larger orders may take up to 7 business days. 

USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) shipping is 2-5 days typically.

USPS Priority shipping is 1-3 typically. Please know, small businesses are not Amazon. We do our best to work quickly, but we are small so please be patient! 

Local pick up is always available at any of our events or markets. Just let us know ahead of time and we are happy to bring it for you. We do not currently offer deliveries, meet up or pick up at any location other than our events. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been mailed, with your tracking info. We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our hands. Please double check your shipping address so it's going to the right place.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as we never sell anything that has been worn. If you have any issues with your order, please just contact us and we will make sure you are happy.  

What materials do you use?

We use a mix of natural gemstones, glass beads, stainless steel, and gold-plated stainless steel throughout our collections. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to be beautiful, wearable, and easy to mix and layer with your everyday style.

Are your gemstones REAL?

Yes! We use natural gemstones in 99% of our pieces. Because they are natural materials, each stone can have its own unique variations in color, pattern, inclusions, and texture. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece special.
